Small modernized village house in Sítio next to the main square and 700m walk from the lighthouse with stunning views over Nazaré all year round and the big waves in winter.

Walk on long unspoiled beaches, like Praia del Norte, or rent an (e)bike and explore the nearby coastal towns and beaches. On sunny and windy days you can also paraglide south of Nazaré.

The location is ideal for couples or 2 friends, or a couple with a child. 3 people is possible, but it can get tight if you stay longer.

Size: 60m2.

First floor: Bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room 

Upstairs: Master bedroom (bed 180x200cm) and small desk by the window. While the bed is large, the space to pass the bed is quite tight (25cm). If this might be a problem, please consider this before booking. The extra bedroom has a sofa bed and desk.

Amenities: Washing machine with drying function, shower, central heating system that keeps the house warm in winter, dehumidifier, iron, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket. The house does not need air conditioning as it is a stone house that has no south facing windows and is naturally cool in the summer.

Parking: Free parking before and at the end of the street subject to availability, we cannot guarantee it.

It is possible to unload the car in front of the house.

Climate: Please note that summers generally do not get very hot in Nazaré, especially near the lighthouse at Sítio. The regular Atlantic winds cool the air, except on days of absolute wind, which are not very frequent. Bring wind protection and warmer clothes, also in summer.
